We can simply direct the numbers to your new land line – FREE. This
also saves you money as you will avoid re-printing business
cards, letterheads etc because your number won’t change.

to set up a divert on your land line to forward calls - this can all be done on-line.

Call whisper
- this feature whispers a message to you every time you answer an incoming call using the virtual numbers. This can be used to identify straight away which advert has been used to source your number. You can
also use this if you have 2 different businesses sharing the same land line allowing you to answer the incoming call in the
correct business name.
This can also be used if you use Area Code numbers. As you answer the
phone, we can identify the area that the call has come from.
Push
button options – press 1 for sales, button 2 for accounts etc.
Call
queue – Customer will automatically be placed in a queue system on our network.
This means that even if you only have one incoming land line, we can still queue your calls. Callers will hear your personal message – we can even tell them how many people are in front of them
in the queue.
Diverts
– your numbers can be set to automatically divert if the line is busy or the call goes unanswered. For a small additional fee, we can even forward the call to a mobile phone.
Time
& Day Routing – Would it help your business to forward your call to different numbers at different times.
