Response Tracker was set in place by Jim Aitken.  With a background in advertising sales including Yellow Pages, Regional Newspapers and Special Publications, Jim set up Alternate Media in 2003. 

HISTORY - In the early days, an advert monitoring service was launched using 08 numbers to provide feedback on the number usage. This very basic system allowed clients to see how many calls were made to each number and in turn this showed which adverts worked....which didn't.

The data provided was very basic and forwarded as a simple spreadsheet. Customers could not view data in 'real time', but could request a monthly report.

PROGRESS - In 2008, a new system was launched to give access to the incoming call data online. This means that clients can obtain live information on their call statistics. The system developed further with the introduction of a new billing platform in 2009.  This provides monthly reports with charts and graphs which summarise valuable information including busy times for incoming calls, the top numbers used, the most popular areas that the calls have come from and much, much more.  Along with an itemised breakdown of all calls, we can give you a complete picture of your incoming call activity.
