The information provided takes the guess work out of where to spend your advertising budget and gives you the ability
to make informed decisions on your advertising spend.
We have detailed below how you receive the information on the call activity. There are 3 main reports provided for
all our clients.
1. On-line report. You have access to a secure an online control
panel. With a couple of clicks, you have a snapshot of the call activity for each number and advert. The image below
shows an example of this. The information can easily be converted to a spreadsheet and further analysed to provide
valuable feedback.

2. A spreadsheet. The snapshot above can instantly be converted to a spreadsheet. This give
more information on the incoming calls to help build a better picture of the call activity.

The data on the spreadsheet gives the following information
Column A - Number used to call
Column B - Date of call
Column C - Time of call
Column D - Duration of call in seconds
Column E - Number used to call (a blank shows that the caller with held the number)
Column F - The name of the advert or publcation
As this is on an excel spreadsheet, the order of the data can be changed to view in various foramts - e.g. date
order, number order etc.
We will go through this procedure with you to ensure you get the maximum benefit from the data provided.
3. A monthly report. The data above is then forwarded monthly with a fully itemised bill showing
all the incoming call data.
The monthly summary includes graphs and charts showing busy times for incoming calls, most frequently used numbers andthe
location that the calls have come from.
Number Summary

This section shows a summary of the incoming calls. The data corresponds to the reports above - showing the total calls
by number.
A total cost of incoming call charges is also shown to let you see at a glance how much each number has cost. You can
link this to the cost of your advert to give you a cost per enquiry figure.
Charts & Graphs

The charts give data on the time and day of the incoming calls. This is supplied as an overview for the whole account,
and by individual number. This information can be used to track busy times - and help to ensure that there is correct staff
coverage when required.

This gives an instant view of the most frequently used numbers - and also the adverts that have been used the most.
The information also provides the geographic areas that your calls have come from. Very useful if you are covering
a big area and want to use more target advertising in locations that you know will generate a response
Itemised Information

The final section gives a full breakdown of very incoming call - location, duration and cost. This is provided for each
number that you have with us.
